While you are working on your container to add tags, triggers and variables, all your changes are saved in Etiquetta, but they are only pushed live to your site when you hit Publish.
When you are ready to publish, hit Publish in the top-right corner. You will receive a browser alert to confirm you are ready. Confirm, and your new container is pushed live.
