Etiquetta includes comprehensive consent and privacy management. Assuming there are no third-party services on your site, installing the base tag with no extra configuration makes you instantly compliant with GDPR and ePrivacy.
By default Etiquetta is completely cookieless, so no banner is needed. When you create a container and add tags, we will do our best to determine if they serve cookies and will categorise them accordingly.
The Consent section of the app contains several related services.
- Consent Analytics – data about how many people are seeing your cookie banner and which option they are choosing. Note consent analytics does not show unless there is data.
- Consent categories – the purposes of all the cookies on your site, which gives visitors fine-grained control over which services to accept in the cookie banner.
- Banner appearance – how your consent banner looks and behaves.
You can also access the Privacy Center to audit your ePrivacy and GDPR compliance, deal with data access requests, and view a complete audit log of all actions taken within your Etiquetta instance.
